Time for something a little different now from Spanish fashion giant Pull&Bear, for their latest menswear lookbook they have taken the novel approach of fish eye photography which gives a refreshing new approach to real life lookbooks. With so many brands too scared to move away from traditional static lookbooks it’s amazing to see so many real life examples hitting the internet, the fish eye approach here really helps to highlight the everyday street style aesthetic the brand is trying to drive home here. Pull&Bear have produced an eclectic menswear offering for A/W14 with huge influences being taken from the skateboarding world, heavy on denim and oversized silhouettes this lookbook has been designed to maximise practicality without sacrificing the fashion element.
With so many brands trying to mirror what’s being seeing on the high end catwalks it’s refreshing to see a menswear collection that is so wearable, sounds stupid but it is really hard to find everyday casual wear at the moment amongst all the high fashion pieces. As a big fan of outerwear my favourite pieces are definitely the chunky parka coats with the fur trims and the structured leather biker jackets, two key pieces for any mans winter wardrobe!
